Bruce Cameron
One of the original directors of the company, Bruce is actively involved in a marketing role. Like all of the directors, he still keeps his hand in at field surveys. Bruce still maintains his registration as a mine surveyor, having worked for many years in the coalfields in central Queensland. Tennis and the odd game of golf keeps Bruce busy in his spare time.
Wayne Steen
Also one of the original directors, Wayne is a cartographer, learning his profession in the Solomon Islands. Wayne has embraced digital technology and is skilled in AutoCAD and other design packages. Wayne manages our mapping section, overseeing production of all maps and digital images.
Terry Prowd
Terry joined Cottrell Cameron & Steen when the company merged with Development Survey Consultants in 1992. Terry's experience includes both surveying and town planning matters, until recently looking after most of the company's planning applications. He manages the company's GPS technology and has recently been heavily involved in providing consultancy services to the mining sector. Outside of work Terry finds time to play hockey and the occasional round of golf.
Allan Tannock
Allan joined CCS in 1992, having run his own survey practice in Toowoomba. Allan has been involved in the industry for more years than he cares to admit, working in both the government and private sector. He has extensive experience in cadastral matters and boundary reinstatement, and regularly works on our rural projects. Allan manages our Esk office and is responsible for quality checks on our real property surveys.
Warren Oxnam
Warren has recently come on board on a consultancy basis and is managing our expanding town planning section. Warren has many years planning experience in State and Local Government, and brings a new level of expertise to the company in this area.
